Dr Hywel Jones was my anaesthetist when I had a thyroid removal operation. He is a great Dr and the detail and care he took before the operation was impressive. He very carefully explained every detail of what happen before and after the operation, what to expect and what it would feel like. Everything happened exactly as explained.

Dr Hywel Jones spent time with me prior to my minor surgery explaining in simple language the complete procedure & possible after effects. Clear explanatory notes were also given to me. At the operating theatre he explained step by step everything he was doing which put me completely at ease. After the operation, I had no side effects whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr Jones in every respect.

Dr Jones made me feel very relaxed about my operation, as he clearly explained what the procedure was and what to expect when I came round from the anesthetic. His manner was reassuring and I felt that I was in competant hands. Everthing did happen as he said it would and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Great care before and after surgery. Took plenty of time to explain everything right up to having the anaesthetic. It all made a huge difference with putting me at ease before my surgery.
