Dr Hywel Jones spent time with me prior to my minor surgery explaining in simple language the complete procedure & possible after effects. Clear explanatory notes were also given to me. At the operating theatre he explained step by step everything he was doing which put me completely at ease. After the operation, I had no side effects whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr Jones in every respect.
