Dr Bano is profoundly brilliant and an expert. She is kind, patient and explains the facts sensitively in relation to you and what it all means. She works with pace to ensure you get the right outcome discussing all options. Dr Bano is also easy to talk to and approachable. She always keeps her promises e.g. if she says she will call you with the results, she does. I can rightly say that Dr Bano has been on the journey with me, and made it easier to understand my condition and the steps I needed to take. Dr Bano is a wonderful consultant. She is very kind, non judgemental and approachable. She has a wonderful bedside manner and made me feel comfortable during my procedure. She provides you with her personal mobile phone so that you are able to speak with her directly. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr Bano.
