Dr Thakur has such a lovely caring nature. She came across as caring, thorough and highly professional, yet human. She knew her stuff and was credible yet also used her intuition and experience. She was responsive and provided an in-depth report for our son age 12.

Dr Thakur is a wonderful Dr who truly listens and takes time and care to find out your concerns. Most importantly she was brilliant with my son and he felt comfortable with her.

We had a fanastic experience with Dr Thakur and her team. She took her time, listened, reviewed all the evidence and went above and beyond to gather additional evidence where it was required. Dr Thakur also used her instinct and vast experience to inform her opinion / diagnosis. I would highly recommend Dr Thakur and her team for a supportive, thorough and intuitive experience.

Dr Thakur has a kind, caring, understanding manner in the way she support her patients and families. She takes time to listen to your concerns and dilemma. She is able to relate to the way the current society works. Her appointment schedules are well organised and final report was very detailed with lots of useful information and directions to move forward. Dr Thakur takes time to explain her observations and how the diagnosis are formed . We are grateful for her support.

Dr Thakur and her team were all incredibly responsive and compassionate. We have been struggling with our son's behaviour and school refusal but he had been managing ok in school. Her listening and explanation of 'masking' was validating and felt like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders after months of heartache as a family. The whole assessment process was non-judgemental and supportive and we were given plenty of time to discuss things. Being able to do some of the assessments at home put my son at ease and made it less daunting for him. Dr Thakur's knowledge in neurodevelopment is extensive but everything was explained to us in an easy to understand way. Her report was extremely thorough and a large number of recommendations. We are incredibly grateful to Dr Thakur and the difference she, and her team, have made to our son and family and hope going forward the recommendations will enable him to thrive in a way he hasn't been able to so far.
