I read reviews on Dr Thakur & was extremely eager to meet her with my son. All I can say is this lady is absolutely amazing , for the first time in years I felt like somebody understood my son and actually listened to me . Dr Thakur has read every piece of information on my son before she met us , I feel very very lucky and extremely grateful for my son being given the opportunity to be assessed & treated by this wonderful doctor. I feel more confident knowing that she will be involved with my sons care & know he will get the very best future possible with this lady involved. Dr Thakur really should get an award because people like her do not get enough credit for the wonderful things she does .

Dr Thakar has been a breath of fresh air in terms of my previous experience within the medical profession. Nothing has been too much trouble from the initial prompt reply to my first enquiry, to the detail and information provided before proceeding with an initial consultation. The appointment itself was very relaxed and Dr Thakar was extremely accomodating in the flexibility of the appointment. I very much look forward to receiving our report and deciding on which.way to move forward with our daughter.

The Doctor had clearly gone through all the notes from previous visits with great care and attention to detail. She was very helpful and sympathetic and showed empathy. She affirmed and encouraged me as a parent and explained very clearly what the ongoing plan was going to be moving forward and what further tests were going to be organised and when she wanted to see us next for a review.

Having visited many professionals we found Dr Thakur to be very prompt, thorough and professional. It was clear to us that Dr Thakur is in her profession whole heartedly and not just because it is her job.
