Excellent experience. Doctor Heatonand assistant, Natalie, were very reassuring and efficient. Not only examined the skin blemish for which I had been referred but asked if there were any others I would like them to look at. No treatment was necessary but I was given an information leaflet to take away and was reassured there was not a thing to worry about.

I was lucky enough to be sent to Dr.Eaton by my G.P. I wish to say a hugh thank you to
Dr. Heaton . Rae, and Nicki. I saw Dr. Heaton at 4.p.m. on Wednesday November 4th.
He found a cancerous growth of which my G.P.and I were unaware. I was called into the hospital for an operation at 11.00a.m. on Thursday November 5th. I was able to go home by 12 noon. I felt virtually no pain at all during this procedure.
What fantastic treatment. We are so lucky to have medical staff of this calibre in the N.H.S.
Thank you Chris Heaton, Rae, and Nicky so much and also the receptionists who were helpful and reassuring. This was much better than when I paid for private medicine.
You should all be proud of the care that you provide

I had a visit to St Mary’s hospital Portsmouth on 6th November. The experience was excellent and the treatment I received was superb. The doctor was very efficient, performed a very minor op there and then, and I was gone within the hour. The nurse (Ann) who attended the op was very considerate and gave me plenty of information. The whole process was painless. Well done the NHS.
