I have a terminal illness so palliative care is very important to me. It is very convenient that I can talk to a doctor on the phone any day to gain advice. It is not always necessary to see a doctor face to face but an appointment can be opened up after discussing your concerns. I always find the reception staff both courteous and professional. I feel very lucky to have the standard we enjoy at Ringmead. Keep improving please. And, THANK YOU

After several visits over the last year with not much hope of getting anything sorted Dr Sachdev did the simplist of things giving me a steroid injection...I have complete use of my hand now....all the time I've been in pain cause nobody suggested this to me....also following up some other issues, I feel like I have a proper Doctor now and I'm so grateful.
