I have a terminal illness so palliative care is very important to me. It is very convenient that I can talk to a doctor on the phone any day to gain advice. It is not always necessary to see a doctor face to face but an appointment can be opened up after discussing your concerns.
I always find the reception staff both courteous and professional. I feel very lucky to have the standard we enjoy at Ringmead. Keep improving please.
