I met Dr Grimston for the first time yesterday, and then again today, and the second visit reinforced my impression of this very friendly, kind and caring individual. She is professional with a holistic approach, and made me feel important as an individual. I felt I had been able to talk to her openly and safely, and did not feel rushed at any point. This is the doctor I would love to see every time I need to visit. Thank you Dr Grimston for being so very approachable.

I saw Dr Grimston today at my surgery. How refreshing to meet a doctor who is caring, sympathetic and listens to what I said. I wasn’t rushed. She made me feel at ease during the examination. I feel confident that she is taking action for further investigations. I wish she was a permanent doctor at my surgery.

I haven't been to the Drs for a number of years and when I felt it was necessary to make an appointment, it was with some apprehension that I attended last Wednesday. I needn't have worried. I had never met Dr Grimston before but she made me feel very welcome and it was as if she had been my doctor for years. She was warm, friendly and empathetic whilst also being professional, thorough and patient. I didn't feel rushed although I'm aware that GPs are under pressure to keep to prescribed timescales for each appointment. She made time to answer all of my questions and made some very useful suggestions in respect of nutrition and lifestyle that would complement any treatment and medication. I would have no hesitation in making an appointment to see her again.
