My first visit to Dr Walbrook today, wow what a lovely doctor. I didn’t even feel I was in a doctors room! She is so caring and thoughtful. She is everything in a doctor you could want. So lucky to have her in my local practise.

I don’t think that dr Walbrook or the practice manager could have done more for me while waiting to have major surgery.The help in getting me to the surgeon l needed was quite a marathon emails and phone calls going back and forth with both standing their ground,the hospital having had “the word” were then wonderful too.I am mended and so pleased to have the Meads team to look after me

What can I say, Dr Walbrook is a fantastic doctor. I have been with her since she joined the surgery. I know it is frustrating waiting an hour to see her, but when you do it all melts away because she makes you feel so important. She is empathic and caring and listens to you. She is very interested in you as a person not just as an illness or injury. She spends time with you and you never feel rushed, which is why there is generally a wait!! but I would rather wait and get to see a great doctor than be rushed out the door. She is a gem.

Dr Walbrook is a fantastic Dr, always ready to listen and calming. Always professional and doesn't make you feel rushed. With Dr duckworth, both were fantastic over my child's hernia and tonsillitis/ent referral and tonsillectomy. Cannot fault this doctor.
