Dr Singh is really amazing. It's so refreshing to meet with a doctor who is so invested in his patients, and his passion to help really shines through. His calm, easy-going demeanour really does a great job to put you at ease, despite the fact you're discussing very complex and sensitive medical issues. I've had a noticeable improvement in my quality of life since beginning my treatment. Highly recommended!

Dr. Nigel provides great diagnosis, assistance and advice. - Knowledgeable, experienced and committed to the task. - Applies procedures effectively, by regularly demonstrating high level of professionalism. - Conducted and controlled the procedure effectively, which enhanced safety. - Communicated effectively with me (his patient) and his Team by regularly demonstrating and answering any question or queries raised, which enhanced my confidence and trust on him. - Very effective Leadership and Teamwork demonstrated, which enhanced safety and high confidence by his Team. - Outstanding Skills in problem solving & decision making field. - His situational awareness of Patient’s psychological state is very advanced, which once again enhanced trust and acquaintance of good “rapport”. - Always willing to cross the extra mile for his Patients. I highly recommend Dr. Nigel of King's College Hospital - Abu Dhabi to anyone in need of Gastroenterology in all respect.

My daughter had a skin consultation today, the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful, the actual clinic was lovely and warm & friendly. Myself and my husband accompanied our daughter who is 16 years old and has a birth mark on her face so came to see if it could be removed in anyway. when we entered the consultants room, she just said the patient sit here, so myself and my husband stood at the back of the room, I don't know her name as she never introduced herself to us, she only spoke with my daughter never once acknowledged us, she told Sarah she wouldn't do it and why, and we was out in 2mins. it not the fact she couldn't help it would of been so nice to actually acknowledge us as parents, and even recommended what could be possible, if anything at all, wasn't very nice to be treated that way, maybe our face didn't fit.

The receptionist (I think her name is Jesika) is terrible, very unfriendly and unwelcoming - we felt like we were interrupting her with her smartphone. The waiting room is also always dirty. Pret bags full of rubbish, used water cups, used hankies. Terrible.

Highly unprofessional I had one session with Samantha which I thought went reasonably well, except for the fact she kept citing her own personal marital experience which I thought a tad strange. I've never had a therapist do that before. I then booked another session for two weeks ago which I paid for in advance. This was then cancelled by Samantha as she has a 'pay 48 hours before' policy. I paid 24 hours before. Since we were new working together I felt it rather pedantic and over the top to cancel my appointment rather than to come to me and request in future that I pay 48 hours before (at the end of the day I had still paid her well in advance of the session) , but I just followed her lead as I was keen to establish a good relationship. We then had an phone session booked today which was scheduled for 3.00pm. She emailed me yesterday to ask if she could change it to 1.00pm. As a gesture of goodwill I shifted a lunch meeting to accommodate. I called her at 1.00pm, no answer. I then called her again. No answer. At 1.06pm she called me and launched straight into the session. I felt it important to mention she was calling late as I couldn't go past 2.00pm. She immediately contradicted me on the time and said she called at 1.04pm. I had Sky News Live on TV, my computer and my phone all saying the same time (it was 1.08pm at this point) and she wouldn't even accept what time it was. Then she went into 'Well I run late sometimes' but in a very angry and aggressive way. Then she asked what I wanted her to do about it. I said 'I want you to acknowledge what I've said.' Her response; 'Okay I acknowledge it, now what?' It was unbelievable. And totally unprofessional. Then she went into how we'd gotten off to a 'bad start' as I had not read her terms and conditions. She seemed really angry and resentful of having to speak to me. I tried to calm her down but she said she was ending the call and that I wouldn't get a refund, and hung up. So I didn't get my session. On Facebook she has disabled the review function which is very telling. If you're having issues with her I strongly suggest you report her to BACP, the governing body. People like her need to be struck off.
