I arrived about 20 minutes early. I was greeted and taken through for the procedure 5 minutes later, and everything was complete before my actual appointment time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly to me and I felt that both Rachael and the lady who I assumed was her assistant put me completely at my ease. Afterwards, I spent longer queuing to pay for my car parking ticket than I did waiting to be dealt with in the Diagnostic Imaging Department!
