Ade was a fantastic titration nurse. She was incredibly efficient and responded very quickly to any messages. Ade took the time to explain everything very clearly and made the whole process very easy. Prescriptions were always sent out on time and I felt confident that I was in the hands of a true professional.

I am so grateful to have been assigned Ade for my titration. She has been supportive throughout and really quick to respond to my questions through the portal. Working from home during a pandemic makes it a little harder to know when a dose is 'right', but I never once felt rushed to 'finish' the titration process, which meant we could make tweaks until the prescription was right for me. My titration with Ade was very much a collaborative process and I really felt listened to.

Ade was really helpful and listened to my concerns about my medication side effects. She also was really good at spotting and solving a problem with my blood pressure. I felt very looked after.
