Jennifer has been excellent throughout my titration period and it was fantastic to finally speak with her for my exit interview. She explained everything extremely clearly and thoroughly, including extra information I asked for and also how the coming months would/could play out.

Jenny’s been a star throughout my whole titration. I can’t fault her, at all. When we were going through a shortage I lost my job, she knew this was because of the shortage, and prioritised my care so I could work again. I can’t thank her enough.

For the last 6 months I have been going through titration with Jennifer, this was my first interaction with any health services for long-term needs and Jennifer has mad it very easy and comfortable for me at all times. I could ask her a million questions in one message and she answered all of them. Very professional at all times and I would definitely recommend Jennifer.

Jennifer was great, she took over titration for me toward the end of the process and because she was so clear and helpful it didn't faze me one bit. The whole process was frictionless and I felt supported all the way. Thanks hugely!

My overall experience with my titration has been extremely positive, I’m over the moon with the level of service provided from all those involved. However Jennifer was fantastic, very knowledgeable, caring and prompt with her responses. If I had any questions or concerns she would talk me through options and how best to move forward and what to look for etc. she was very detailed in her work and this was great for me as it gave me structure which I now know I need! Thank you Jennifer keep up the amazing work!
