Tony was totally lovely. Really listened to me, genuinely seemed to care about my treatment and progress and was always very quick to respond! Tony was my nurse during the titration period of receiving medication to treat my ADHD. Throughout the process Tony was fabulous. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and ever-patient. We tried three different medications before finding one that was the right fit for me, never did this seem like an inconvenience and I was always listened to. When communicating through the online portal responses were fast, clear and helpful. When I was having difficulty articulating myself through forms, we spoke on the phone. I am now at the end of my titration period, I have a prescription that works for me, I feel I am managing my condition well and my quality of life has tangibly improved. Tony if you read this, you're a superstar! Genuinely, thank you for your contribution to my treatment.

Tony was brilliant. He guided me through starting my medication and then kept in constant contact throughout the first 12 weeks to make sure everything was going well. He even took time out of his day to ring me on one occasion as I was struggling to get my point across on the feedback forms. Tony made me feel like I was his only patient. If anything changed or I wasn't sure about a side effect he would message me straight away with a different solution. I am now at a point where I am at peace in my mind, my thoughts don't race and go round in circles and because of that I can think clearly, I'm in a better mood all the time and have a much better quality of life.
