I cannot fault the care Mary has given me. She listened and genuinely cares about helping you to feel better and manage your symptoms. I didn’t feel rushed and I would 100 percent recommend anyone having treatment and after care with her. A truly lovely nurse!

Marie’s visit was invaluable - her approach is warm and friendly, but always professional. She listened to my concerns and she has a wealth of knowledge that helped me decide what I wanted to do following the appointment. I was returning to self-catheterisation following a problem when I was briefly under hospital care. Marie arranged an appointment and she was totally professional in every aspect of her duties, bringing alternative catheters to try, as she had seen my records and decided the previous size catheters may have caused my problems.
Marie suggested I contact her with any questions or problems in future and she telephoned me twice after the appointment to check how I was and to sort an order delivery problem.
Excellent service from a totally professional Nurse Specialist.
