Marie treated me with the upmost kindness and professionalism in a very dignified and caring way. She got me through the self cathetising process without issue and I was confident I would manage after she left.

Marie was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained and demonstrated self catheterisation and the process very clearly. Unfortunately it was not successful for me on the day due to unforseen problems with me and is no reflection on Marie. She managed my problem with the utmost care and consideration. I was very impressed with her caring and professional approach.

I’d spoken to others about my problems with self catheterisation but Marie just got it. She listened, she didn’t make me feel like an idiot and she resolved my problems with a perfect flawless solution. She’s got a lovely relaxing demeanor which just made the whole process even easier.

Marie was absolutely amazing during our appointment today. Explained everything clearly, was friendly and made me feel very at ease and relaxed. Took me through the procedure and helped when I had questions.
