Marie was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained and demonstrated self catheterisation and the process very clearly. Unfortunately it was not successful for me on the day due to unforseen problems with me and is no reflection on Marie. She managed my problem with the utmost care and consideration. I was very impressed with her caring and professional approach.
