Jennifer supported me in my titration process for ADHD medication through Psychiatry UK. She has been absolutely wonderful — helpful, responsive and thorough in her instructions and guidance.

Jenny helped support me through the titration process with psychiatry-uk following an ADHD diagnosis. Throughout the whole process Jenny was always quick to respond, addressed any concerns or questions I had in a helpful and efficient manner. And was very knowledgeable in answering all of my queries and questions whilst beginning to understand my diagnosis. All in all Jenny helped me to feel confident in the process and was thorough in making sure I was happy with the meds and stability, as this took quite some time due to other complications. But jenny was patient with this and me to ensure the outcome was one we were both happy with. Thanks Jenny.

Jenny was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the stimulant medication titration process that she was supervising me on (even with me probably taking longer than the average to find a 'settled' dose). Her knowledge of the medication and support throughout is hugely appreciated. As a wider note of the PUK diagnosis process, my overall experience of ADHD diagnosis and 'journey' towards understanding and healing is definitely more mixed so far. Whilst medication is very much life changing in many aspects (which Jenny really helped with as far as her role allowed), I have personally found that it only provides the key to unlock the door to change and to understanding of the condition. On this front, I believe that early physiological support (alongside medication) is critical for some (but maybe not all of course). Several books later I still feel that I have a novice's understanding of ADHD and still struggle with many aspects of the condition. But equally, I fully appreciate that so many areas of the health service are hugely stretched beyond capacity and Jenny has been as brilliant and helpful as she can be within those limitations of service. I would also not want to remotely detract from just how life changing a stimulant medication prescription is- So thank you very much for your part in my journey Jenny :-)

Having had a less than perfect experience with the previous nurse it made a huge difference to be allocated Jenny as my titration nurse. Jenny was very quick to respond to my questions and requests and was very good to clarify points I was not certain about. I have had nothing but a positive experience with Jenny. Thank you
