Sarah listened, understood and helped me understand the struggles i had, were not something i could control. Sarah helped me to understand the way i think and my letter summed up the things that others hadnt seen. I spent a lifetime hiding the bits i thought were weird and now i know it was ok to be me. I would reccomend sarah to anyone, i know i have a friend who has seen sarah and he feels the same, she really carescabout the people she looks after and often went over the appointment times and never charged any extra.

I have been speaking with Sara for some time now (I think from about Sept 22) and she has guided me through the process of getting a diagnosis for one of my children. I am Nuerodivergent and as such hate doing forms as I find them overwhelming. Sara has worked through the form filling with me and has taken the time to explain anything I didn't fully understand. She has also carefully explained the whole diagnosis process to me. When speaking with my child directly she was a joy. She took the time to ask questions that helped my child relax and get into a flow that allowed her to make her diagnosis AND offer some really useful strategies to help my child cope day to day with challenges they might face. I have no hesitation in recommending Sara. Thank you for all the time you spent with me.

I’ve received great care and support from Sara throughout this journey. Being diagnosed at 38 was quite scary but also enlightening! I’m not a great fan of taking meds for anything but the benefits far outweigh any negatives and to be honest I haven’t had any problematic side effects that didn’t settle fairly quickly, all the while Sara has been on hand to support me. It’s been a journey but not a solo one!

I would get into this properly but we would be here all week. Sara is incredible, showing me nothing but great care and compassion through this long and often exhausting journey. She was there to listen, help reassure me, give me resources, etc. I knew that I can rely on her if anything was going on. It’s a shame that I will not be working with her anymore but that’s kind of positive; I’m officially on a stable dose of meds and that was due to Sara’s ongoing efforts! Really emotional day today. I wish all patients could have had a Sara in their life. PUK is also a life changing service that has been incredibly accommodating. Nothing but good to say about it.
