I found Mrs Bama Selvaraj and Nurse Natasha to be very professional and caring. They totally put me at ease and explained the whole process at each stage in a calming manner. I went into the appointment quite nervous and anxious. The procedure that I had was not particularly a nice experience but was made much easier by the way the nurses reassured me. I was not rushed off afterwards and I felt like a patient or person instead of just another appointment to be dealt with even though they were a nurse short and had to cover them also. Definitely a credit to the NHS. Keep up the amazing work and thank you !
