Whilst remaining professional at all times Janet has been a constant support to us. Knowing that she was there at the end of the phone or at the hospital was a great comfort and relief. If we needed her she always took the time to answer our questions. If we needed the help of another department she would put us in touch with them immediately. Janet always treated us as individuals so helping us in a way that was relevant to us. The treatment affected my husband very badly and I needed Janet's help as much as he did. She was always there for me with her calming presence and I knew that if I needed her she would always be there to comfort me and offer advice.

My family and I met Janet today for the first time in relation to my mother in law who is newly diagnosed. Janet spent a great deal of time with us, explaining things and answering our questions. Janet also gave us helpful information about relevant contacts and also made appropriate referrals on our behalf. My sister in law who was also present, informed Janet that she found her manner very calming and reassuring. Thank you Janet for your support at this difficult time.

Janet always strives to give the best possible care to all of her patients. As a student nurse working with Janet she has shown me what a compassionate, dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate nurse she is and the best role model. I am priveledged to have been able to spend time with her in my training.

Janet is a great person, she has always been approachable and able to help with any problem put in front of her, even if not her she will point you to right person. Always available on end of phone to give help and advise She always makes you feel welcome and nothing is too much for her, great lady which helps when you are going through a tough time with treatment and not sure who to turn to
