It's been really helpful to be in contact with this nurse via Whats App as well as speaking on the phone, as I have been able to send photos of my difficulty and she has been able to advise and recommend products to try. This has been a lot more convenient and less embarrassing than attending an appointment in person. She has been friendly and helpful and proactive in sending me samples to try and solve my problem.
