Tammy was excellent, she was so full of knowledge which was so helpful. So understanding was willing to listen to any problems I had. Gave me lots of tips, so I'm not afraid to travel now.

Everything was fine the only problem I have is that it's a shame it's not nearer to Newark.

Tammy was excellent and so helpful. She was also very understanding. I learnt quite a bit today considering I've had a Stoma since 2016. After talking to her I'm not afraid to travel as she was full of information.

It was all very good, just wished it could have been nearer to Newark.

My stoma nurse came today Karen Totty to put silver Nitrate on my bleeding Granulomas..As always Karen was Proffesional and .courteous self. She was also training a new Stoma Nurse and displayed the same level of Proffesionali attitude to Bev. I hope she is able to continue her care with myself…

The care that my mum has received from the stoma nurses has been spot on. They have been compassionate, respectful and caring towards my mum when visiting her. When the nurses came to my mum‘s house when she was really poorly they took the time to explain things to my mum. So that is the reason why I give all the answers I have.

How long appointments can be in between visits, but that has been kind of finicky cause I can understand how busy the nurses are.

I found Karen very easy to talk to and I was confident enough to change my bag in front of her .She looked at my stoma and said it looked healthy which was good to hear. Karen came up with some suggestions that I may find helpful and is going to send me some samples for me to try .
