Profile
Michaela has years of experience working in hospital, community and industry settings. Since qualifying in 1987 she has enjoyed working predominantly within colorectal and urology and has been a stoma care nurse since 2006.
She is actively involved with the Association of Stoma Care Nurses UK ( ASCN ) and is currently an area representative for the Central Region.
Most recently she has offered her clinical support within stoma care industry to assist with innovation and product development.
Michaela believes passionately in supporting those living with a stoma and looks forward to returning to a community role.
