We had a very pleasant visit from Louise and felt supported. Louise arrived promptly. Louise helped me with 2 problems around my stoma. Adhesive residue and thin skin. Gave me plenty of advice.

Louise was very understanding and knowledgeable about the stoma products on the market .As I am having trouble with my skin she has suggested alternative products for me to try.Louise was chatty and very friendly and professional at all times making me feel comfortable throughout my appointment.

This was not my first visit but it was the first time that my wife had accompanied me. We agree that Nurse Turner welcomed us, made us feel comfortable and was attentive to my questions and needs. She was thorough when she examined me.In a word the whole visit was faultless.
