The video call was excellent, Tamatha was exceptional, she made me feel at easy, was very empathetic, and some very useful real-world advice. She is a credit to the service and to the NHS! I couldn't recommend Tamatha highly enough!

Louise put me at ease immediately she arrived at my door. She was very professional but friendly as well. Really enjoyed her visit thank you. I can't think of anything you could do better.
