Thank you, Karen was great throughout the appointment. The fact I can’t manage my condition much better treat the clothes I want is not because of any lack of care from Karen but more about the type of ‘stoma’ I have etc
Suggested improvements
Finding the place and accessing it for my appointment was a total night mate and sign posting very poor. Waiting for help to open the gate to allow access for me to drive in was not satisfactory, it was difficult to get to parking places due to work being carried out and the work men had their heads down no eye contact to let me know if I could drive over the piping obstructing the way through. Then it wasn’t clear which door to go through for my appointment. I set off in time to be 20 minutes early and I was in fact 20 minutes late due to all of these problems. (40 mins delay).

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry that your experience of accessing the clinic was not as any of us would have wanted. Your feedback has been most valuable, the construction work should be completed by Christmas, however we are now putting in a different system which will mean that anyone else coming to see Karen or the other nurses at the clinic, will not meet the same challenges.
