Lovely to meet Lynne, I found her very good with advise and listening to my concerns. Lynn kindly granted me a home visit as I have an issue with transport which was an amazing help for me. Thank-you.

I found Lynne very helpful and supportive. I do not tend to have any issues with my Stoma but I did have some questions re swimming and support wear and Lynne was able to provide answers for them.

I think this was the first time we have met this stoma nurse. She was friendly, professional and listened to my mum, however on a 10 minute call it is difficult to say if we trust her.

I cannot praise too highly the attention I received from Lynne. Who would be a Stoma Nurse?! In this difficult area, I found her totally relaxing, understanding of the psychological aspects of having a Stoma and offering practical advice. What more could one ask? There is nothing more that Lynn needs to do to improve her care. Keep up the good work.
