Lovely to meet Lynne, I found her very good with advise and listening to my concerns. Lynn kindly granted me a home visit as I have an issue with transport which was an amazing help for me. Thank-you.
I found Lynne very helpful and supportive. I do not tend to have any issues with my Stoma but I did have some questions re swimming and support wear and Lynne was able to provide answers for them.
She was so lovely and caring and made me feel at ease very helpful
Thank you
I think this was the first time we have met this stoma nurse. She was friendly, professional and listened to my mum, however on a 10 minute call it is difficult to say if we trust her.
I cannot praise too highly the attention I received from Lynne. Who would be a Stoma Nurse?! In this difficult area, I found her totally relaxing, understanding of the psychological aspects of having a Stoma and offering practical advice. What more could one ask?
There is nothing more that Lynn needs to do to improve her care. Keep up the good work.
