The nurse listened and gave great advice. She spent time making sure my mums needs were met in a compassionate way.
No needtoalter.
Lynne was a very friendly smiley polite nurse from the on set and i felt as ease the whole time she was with me..
She was also very helpful & listened to my questions that i had on trying out a new style stoma bag and guided me in the right direction.
She also checked that my stoma was still the correct size for the base plates that i was having cut and complimented me on how healthy my skin looked around my stoma..
I don't see that there was anything at all to improve on..
Really listened to my issues, gave great advice.
Lynne came to my home and gave me very caring and helpful advice. I was very impressed with the service provided, it was great to be able to discuss my problems with someone who understood my condition.
