Lynne was a very friendly smiley polite nurse from the on set and i felt as ease the whole time she was with me.. She was also very helpful & listened to my questions that i had on trying out a new style stoma bag and guided me in the right direction. She also checked that my stoma was still the correct size for the base plates that i was having cut and complimented me on how healthy my skin looked around my stoma.. I don't see that there was anything at all to improve on..
