waited for 2 and half hours in your 'waiting room' with no indication of how long it might take or anything shocking service

I am sorry that you had such a long wait when attending our service, and that you were not kept informed as to why, or how long the wait would be. We do attempt to see all patients as close as possible to their appointment time, or as quickly as possible when accessing our walk in emergency service. I will discuss with our reception team as to the importance of keeping patients informed. Thank you for taking the time to feedback to the service.
