The clinic is welcoming, modern, restful.
The appointment system is good, much better than walk-in.
I had great experience
The madam explained which kind of contraception is better for me. She asked me a lot of questions to determine what is good for me at the moment, cause I am a breastfeeding mom. The specialist worke kindly and was respectful with us.
Excellent
The lady who treated me was absolutely lovely, caring and polite.
Good
My consultant Sonny was extremely kind and inclusive making me feel safe, I go to BSH regularly and all of the staff there are absolute bundles of sunshine and I'm very grateful for all of them. The lovely woman too who administered my injection was very kind and made me laugh a lot making me feel safe.
10/5 stars for the quality and care
I was so impressed with the making of the appointment system. When I arrived for my appointment the staff on the reception were very helpful and polite.
The person who dealt with me ( I believe her name was Vera) was very professional and very informative about my treatment and the options I had regarding my treatment. The whole time I felt comfortable with what she was saying and doing. A big thank you for me
Everyone was respectful, straightforward, kind, and made an effort to make sure I was understanding everything correctly and I was comfortable.
The reason for my answers is because the member of staff made me feel safe and comfortable to talk about my situation
