Very positive impression
I’m sure there are difficulties due to COVID abut the team is doing very well even in this difficult time
Made a mistake with my rescheduled appointment which was my mistake and they were still accommodating and saw me anyway.
Super nice staff and the ladies working from home taking the calls to
I had my baby boy at the Birthday centre at Queens and it was a great experience.
Cara and Jade was my midwifes and helped me through my quick labour. They were great from start to finish. Both lovely ladies and had me calm from start to finish. The aftercare they provided was second to none. Came and checked on me and baby, because of concerns of jaundice.
Was seen in triage very quickly and then my midwife who has been with me from my very first appointment was able to come and take over looking after me.
All midwives and staff were so nice and helpful. We were able to leave and go home on the same day and cannot fault any of the care I received.
Seeing the same midwives every appointment so you get to build a relationship with them and feel comfortable.
I knew my midwives were only a phone call away if I had any problems or questions.
Very friendly and easy to talk to. Can easily be contacted if needed.
Lmogen and Anned - midwives were amazing and could not have done anything more.
Having midwifes I knew from the Granham clinic at my birth. Jack was truly amazing and I cannot thank her enough.
Midwife (Annie) was amazing and facilities on birth centre are fab.
Having a dedicated midwife during labour was fantastic. It was so much better having a familiar face with us, rather man someone we had just met. The care I received from Margo and then Jo was excellent, they really cared about me, my husband and my baby and that showed from start to finish.
Thank you!
The care received was fantastic from start to finish. All the midwifes at Hill Top were friendly knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable.
The midwife home visits to the extra mile taken in Queen's hospital made me feel like a VIP.
Really cannot thank everyone enough and there is nothing I feel can be improved on the care I received.
Thanks again!
