Sonny is really good and caring he is an asset to the team, he cares and shows empathy and compassion to his patients and is always so informative, he helped me when the toilets where broken and when he gave my injections they normally get bruised but with sonny he gets the light and makes sure he looks carefully not to accident hurt me. He is very kind.

Suggested improvements
The toilets were broken, the facilities such as parking is inadequate, only 1 male toilet and disable toilet has a see through gap in the middle which is not private. So out of the woman’s toilet and men’s only disable toilet was open and that one didn’t flush, if you go for a test and need to do a urine sample, you should be able to use the toilet facilities but it looked like it was out for some time. Please in future fix the toilet so the patients don’t feel awkward. The parking needs to improve or provide on street free parking for those going to the clinic albeit setup with ringo. So that patients can put in their registration on the touch screen if they parked nearby on street.
