On Tuesday 20th June had a fall and Gashed my leg very badly. I was quickly checked in by a friendly nurse at Docaster Royal Infirmary and soon called by a young doctor called Obinna Anuruegbe. He was very pleasant young man an immediately put me at ease. He examined my leg and then took me through to the stitching room. He gave me a local anesthetic a around the wound and then stitched my leg very neatly both internally and externally. He did an excellent job and we chatted and joked together the whole time. He then sent me for an x-ray to make sure that there was no damage to the bone. He assured me that everything was OK and released me to return home.
These young doctors work such long hours and yet still make time to put you at ease and give you confidence.
I can't thank him enough and I shan't forget him for his kindness.
Very professional and wonderful demeanor. Despite being under severe time constriction he did a fully professional job until the wound was fully treated.
