I was quite nervous about telling yet another doctor about all of my ailments but I was put at ease as soon as I walked through her door. She had all my medical history in front of her and was very sympathetic and helpful in her descriptions of what she proposed to do for me. It was a pleasure to meet her and I feel the most confident I’ve felt in years about the treatment I might need.
I have Crohns/Colitis and a perianal fistula and a few other medical problems. If you have an appointment with this lady she will put you at your ease from the offset.
I’m confident she will get to the “BOTTOM” of my problems.
Our appointment with Mrs Craig was a hugely positive experience because she;
1. Put us at ease as soon as we entered the room
2. Explained everything clearly in a way we could understand
3. Did not rush us and allowed us time to think and ask questions
4. Showed a reassuring enthusiasm to help find answers to unanswered clinical questions
5. Took time to review the patient case history
Was really friendly, knowledgable and considerate.
Took the time to deal with a very difficult situation in a very compassionate manner.
appointment was on time and l received a warm welcome, Mrs Craig listened to my concerns and very explicit in her diagnosis of my problems.mrs Craig is a very reassuring person and once again I went home an happier person.
Pleased with treatment and clear explanations
