Thanks to all on Ward 12 Day Care - without exception everyone we met treated us with care and respect
I recently had a Endoscopy and then a Colonoscopy and received wonderful care and
kindness from all your staff. I have already sent thank you cards to both departments’ but my daughter has now said that I should email you. All your staff were outstanding on both occasions and now I have received the wonderful news that all findings are
benign. I am very grateful to have received such wonderful support from all of you
during this very anxious time. We are so very lucky to have such wonderful people
working in the NHS.
Attended walk in centre Wednesday 14 th July at approx 4pm. All staff, from security at entrance, triage nurse, doctors and nurses were excellent. Extremely friendly and reassuring Could not have asked for better NHS staff. Thank you
I mainly went to Trafford in relation to arthritis to see specialist nurses and to have bloods taken and reviewed.
Staff are easy to deal with and appointments generally running to time. They do a good job in a part of the hospital which is quite old in terms of facilities.
I have to visit the Rheumatology dept. Regularly with my condition, they are always so helpful and caring, cannot think how they could improve on what they already do.

This as always been a great hospital and very friendly, the staff are brilliant
My husband was treated with dignity and respect and the nurses couldn't do enough to ensure that he was as comfortable as possible after his surgery. Before being admitted to the hospital we were invited to a meeting where everything about the operation was explained to give you an idea what to expect before, during and after the surgery. Then all the physio that would be required for you to be able to do before you would be discharged from the hospital. When this had been explained and demonstrated he had to have a go at what would be required of him. We both found this extremely useful.
The staff on endoscopy where very good at maintaining patient dignity. I never felt embarrassed at any point and I was allowed appropriate privacy. I was not rushed during the prep and when I needed extra help I felt like nothing was too much trouble. There felt like a lot of coming and going that was a little confusing, I think in total my journey went:
waiting room 1 - recovery room - prep room - waiting room 2 - small room - endoscopy room - recovery room - small room which felt a bit confusing particularly as I was anxious about the procedure and wasn't quite sure where I was up to. I know that it's this way for a reason though.
My father was treated at Trafford for a knee replacement ,his care whilst there was excellent ,the staff were very friendly and supportive to him and family.
Very good hospital.
