Mrs Carmichael is an excellent doctor and surgeon with a lovely bedside manner. She invites questions and answers them honestly, I felt very much in the hands of an expert at my diagnosis, in surgery, and at the post operative appointment. She is also warm and kind.

I attended the breast clinic query breast cancer. Understandably I was nervous. From the moment I entered the clinic and all the way through my appointment I felt supported and cared for and about. Everything was explained to me in great detail. All staff explained what they were doing and what was going to happen next I felt safe and looked after by the team Mrs Carmichael is exceptional, this lady is an expert in her field she made me feel calm. She is a true asset to the nhs
