I went from popping into my GP for some decent laxitives to the operating table in 12 hours. Mr Muras and team spent 5+ hours removing my colon including a T4 tumour. No complications or pain at all and on follow up meetings have found him very clear, if concise, and open.

Mr Muras has one of the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. No empathy, compassion or consideration for the patient or family when delivering bad news. No apology or explanation by him or Burton Hospital totally shocking .

Doctor Z. Muras did an excellent job, he carried out emergency operation at very short notice to remove a stomach tumour which saved my life. When I thanked him afterwards he said " I was just doing my job " unquote.

Had a Gastroscopy today at Sir Robert Peel Hospital. It was absolutely fine, not painful at all. Dr Muras and the nurses did a brilliant job and it was all over in literally a couple of minutes. I recommend not having sedation, swallow when the doctor says and breath deeply. Don’t panic it’s over in no time.
