Mr Silk was a pleasure to meet. He took time with great care to listen, examine and discuss throughout the consultation. His explanation and reasoning was perfectly clear and appropriate. We left feeling that an informed decision had been made that was in the best interest of future patient wellbeing.

Very clear and concise in conveying points. Double checking patient agrees is good - as well as checking if carer agrees too. Clear demonstrations of what is going on, with comparisons to previous appointments also clearly explained and linked. Overall, very good and clear, perhaps dictation of the letter could be cut out of appointment, only as the same information is then run over another time, though this is only a minor possible adjustment.

Super approachable and listened really well. Answered all my question and I felt like we had a clear plan for my daughter when I left the appointment. Thank you!

I’ve been really impressed with our Mr Silk talks to my daughter and me in a patient point of view and a mothers point of view. He has been wonderful throughout our appointments, and very mindful of my daughters age and when she has exams etc.
