Will Jackson looked after me following a fall when I hurt my knee. He talked me through the procedure for a Therapeutic Arthroscopy which I then had at the Manor Hospital. I was nervous that the surgery wouldn't allow me to regain full flection of the knee but after a couple of months, I was back to kneeling down, doing Childs' pose in yoga and all other activities, without noticing that I had had any injury whatsoever. I am delighted with the result and would thoroughly recommend Mr Jackson. He was kind and considerate throughout, giving me total confidence in the operation. Many thanks Will.

From the start, he took the time to understand me as a personal before the injury. This meant that when we figured out the problem, he was supportive, informative, and encouraging that I would and could get back to me and my life through ACL reconstruction. He was clear on the timelines but also the risks and his words are already helping me with my mental recovery. He put me and my family at ease and was invested in me as a person. My injury was secondary to his concern for me and returning me to my best. Even before the surgery and then in recovery, he made the time to reassure and encourage. Best doctor I've ever seen. Can't recommend him enough.

What an excellent and consummate doctor. So very considerate, caring and helpful. Mr Jackson was extremely clear when explaining the problem at hand and the various options or paths available. I highly recommend him.
