Mr Flannery was professional and friendly. He was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced but took his time to ask lots of questions, listen and engage with us. The consultation felt thorough and we were pleased with the outcome and next steps.

My daughter has been seen by Dr Flannery a number of times. He has always shown such kindness and been supportive on our ENT journey. He makes the experience positive for my 6 year old, which is so important as we have a lot of hospital appointments. I feel listened to and reassured by the decisions that have been made regarding my child’s health.

We recently visited Dr. Flannery for an evaluation regarding the potential need for a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy for my son. I Saw Mr Flannery on 30/10/2025 with my 15 week old baby. Mr Flannery was kind, compassionate and listened to my concerns. He made me feel at ease and explained my babies diagnosis and what the ongoing plan was. He is also kindly reviewing my baby in two weeks due to my concerns. Very appreciative to have Mr Flannery as one of my son’s consultants and feel he will get the care he needs now to get better. At present I feel there is nothing that Mr Flannery could be doing differently as he has made us feel important and is doing his best to help my son’s condition and avoid surgery if possible due to his age.
