I honestly cannot think of anything!

My hand was hurting badly, and had no idea why. There were only two people not seemingly badly injured in front of me, and I was not bleeding. However - some youngsters and a baby turned up - one bleeding badly and clearly in distress. This upset me, as I felt I should not take up the time of the doctors when there were people in greater need than I. So I left without being seen, took some more painkillers and made an appointment with my GP

The doctors were obviously working diligently and efficiently.

Receptionist was welcoming said that I was on his list and quickly found my form for X-ray. All staff were highly professional and caring throughout my visit. My check up by the Nurse was excellent and ongoing information for follow up was clear and information sheet provided. Thanks to everyone.
