I saw Mr W Colquhoun-Flannery on Friday 8th March 2024 at the Townlands Memorial Hospital. I was very impressed. He was on the ball and had reviewed my notes before the consultation. He painted a vivid picture of what was wrong with my left ear and gave me the options, with his recommendations. I believed him and the consultation process was quick and efficient. I wish I had seen him earlier throughout the process of being referred to the ENT Department of Royal Berkshire Hospital back in March 2021. He is the first person that I have seen, so far, who has impressed me. My grateful thanks to him.
