I was walking with a limp and finding it very difficult to do the activities I enjoyed. Mr Dandachli listened and recommended a total hip replacement. This procedure was carried out in May, I was advised of exercises what to do and not to do as the weeks and my capabilities improved and the scar healed. I have a neat scar. Six months on I am very pleased with my outcome, I am able to walk five miles at a brisk pace and practise yoga again as well as all day to day activities.

Mr dandachli was very professional and caring. He explained what the issue was and explained what could happen next with my consent. He provided an air of calm confidence which was rewarded by a successful operation. His bedside manner is excellent. I saw Mr Dandachli at Nuffield Hospital where he performed an operation on my hip to resolve a long standing issue that I had with it. I was very pleased with the outcome of the operation and my quality of life has greatly improved as I no longer get the day to day pain that I had with my hip previously doing everyday tasks such as walking and sitting and am now doing a variety of cardio exercises pain free. I would highly recommended Mr Dandachli for anyone with similar problems in and around the hip area to diagnose and then resolve the issue. The care that Mr Dandachli and the team at The Warwickshire Nuffield Hospital provided was excellent from start to finish.

Having been in a lot of pain and waited for a hip replacement with the NHS for 2 years I decided to go private. I researched orthopaedic surgeons at the Nuffield hospital and was impressed how Mr Dandachli interacted with his patients. I was not disappointed. . . . He was easy to talk with and explained all aspects of the surgery and recovery. I stayed two nights in hospital, what a relief that the pain I had suffered was gone! Doing all physio exercises strengthened my hip, and when I went for my follow up appointment at 7 weeks I was walking without any aids! Mr Dandachli showed me an X-ray of my new hip and advised me on what to do next. He is a very pleasant young man (I am 77) and a fine surgeon. I look forward to seeing him at my four month check up.
