Ali was such a great physiotherapist. He helped me so much with my ankle and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I went from rolling it every week or so to not rolling it at all for a month which I didn’t realise was possible for me. The reception staff are lovely too. Thank you!

I was made to feel very comfortable during my appointment.

Suggested improvements
Privacy during appointment. Curtains do not block out sound and I was mindful of NHS workers In the room when I was discussing my symptoms.

i was in a ward ready for a cataract operation only to be told they did not have my lens and a measurement was missing. a week later i received a call from the hospital to book in another operation but i questioned this as i had not had any extra measurements. 6 weeks later I had another set of measurements nothing different to the first tests and got told it would be a wait of 4 months, someone made a mistake I am not being told anything, the hospital do not reply to emails. The initial 3 months waiting time will now be close to 10 months maybe more as I waited on a list got to my turn and now i am back to where i started.
