My second appointment with physio therapist Fliss, very informative, and very helpful when explaining my exercise programme to me . I felt at ease talking about my pain and I felt listened to which has not always been the case in previous years . I was encouraged by the information given and the knowledge shared by Fliss I finally feel I am getting the help I need to make a difference in my health and feel more in control now .
Suggested improvements
I feel the physio therapy are doing their very best to meet the demands of the patients at this very trying time .
