I do not like physio due to a bad experience when I was younger. I told Chloe this from the start, this also made me very nervous and anxious. Chloe was amazing, she was polite, clear and took things slowly with me. I told her at the end of the consultation how wonderful I felt and i would follow what she recommended. To help me remember she emailed me the instructions and offered me a number to call her if I needed more help. I could not have asked for a nicer physiotherapist. Chloe is an asset to your hospital and the nhs.
Suggested improvements
The seating area is limited and I was in a wheelchair which limited where i could sit and narrowed the walkway. Only minor as I was the only one, but if you had two or more you would be in trouble for people walking past
