Mr Maiti was kind and understanding and put at my ease.
It was really easy to make an appointment and I did not need a GP referral.
Mr Maiti identified the cause of my problem and reassured me that it was not serious.
He provided a treatment plan which is relieving my symptoms.
I would certainly see him again if necessary.

He was very thorough and gave me a lot of information on what to expect and potential risks. He was also very calm, attentive to my needs/concerns and gentle which made it easier for me to feel more comfortable with the procedure. I was treated with care and the overall service was great.
