I attended the Townlands Hospital Henley and I can honestly say this was the best ENT experience I have ever had, Mr Almeyda was very through and explained the problem with my nasal polyps and actually showed me the scans with the issues. I have been a patient under his care for 5 years and it has been exemplary in every aspect, from initial diagnosis, through 2 surgical procedures with attentive after-care and regular effective monitoring, so that on-going situations could be assessed and promptly dealt with as they arose. At every juncture I have been treated with great consideration and respect and I particularly value the open and honest discussion and pragmatic decisions in which he encourages me to participate and give my views. I greatly appreciate the generous time and attention he invariably gives to the 'special arrangements' that are made for the convenience of my situation and the high morale of the staff in his department, which is a reflection of the standards of principled service and good will that he exerts and which I feel priviledged and grateful to be the beneficiary of.
