He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, with a warm and compassionate approach that immediately puts patients at ease. Thank you to Mr Robert Almeyda and everyone at ENT Townlands for my treatment of my ear on Friday. I had a foreign object lodged and he was brilliant with me from start to finish. Didn't rush - told me what was happening and put me at ease that he was going to solve the problem. I was in and out of Townlands hospital within an hour. Excellent all round. Thanks again.

Prompt and excellent care from The ENT Consultancy. The service I received during my 1 hour 15 minutes at this clinic was second to none. The fees were fully explained by email beforehand however I wish I had read it more carefully. I am self funding and it would be an understatement to say that the costs are extremely high. The fee for the consultant appointment does not include any tests he/she may perform during that appointment. My half hour consultant appointment with him performing one 5 minute test during that 30 mins, was over £570. With the other tests I had, my very short time at this clinic cost almost £700. I attended this clinic as I was told the wait on the NHS would be very long. I would recommend the clinic but if you are self funding, read the fee information very carefully.

3rd October 2023 I am more than delighted to augment my review concerning my appointment with Mr. Rob Almeyda on 27th September last. My reception was excellent and he took a lot of trouble in examining my problem and I was most grateful to him for the attention he gave me.

We were treated with dignity and respect by the entire team at Forbury Clinic in Reading. Vanessa was very thoughtful and professional in her correspondence. We were greeted courteously by the reception team and our interactions with Dr Nagala and his colleague were also excellent. Dr Nagala very thorough and treated my husband, with kindness and understanding. We highly recommend this clinic and will use again for continuing therapies.

I personally had no problems at all and received excellent care from start to finish. I really cannot think how you can improve or provide any further care to your patients. Aside from the care side I would like to suggest you provide free access to your wifi.

I would highly recommend The ENT Consultancy, from the initial booking process with the courteous and helpful admin team, through to the efficient communication with Mr Almeyda's Secretary and subsequent appointment with Mr Almeyda himself. The staff were caring/professional and explained next steps and what would happen all the way through. Great service and team.
