The doctor introduced himself and explained the reason for the call. He listened to the problems I had and gave possible options for further care. He inquired if I had any further questions, and explained what to expect in terms of further testing.
I think it would be helpful if the consultation was through video call so that the doctor can see the patient.

Dr Ramamoorthy was very polite and patient during the consultation. He was easy to talk to. He listened carefully to what I told him about my symptoms.
